Please note that each hotel has its own standard terms and conditions which will apply to accommodation bookings of 9 rooms or less. These are listed below;

 

 

  • Hyatt Regency Birmingham

    In order to avoid cancellation fees, bedrooms at this hotel need to be cancelled by the 10/02/2017. Please contact In Any       Event UK directly if you wish to cancel any room. If a bedroom is cancelled after this date, then the client will be liable for         100% cancellation charges.

 

  • Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindley Place

    In order to avoid cancellation fees, bedrooms at this hotel need to be cancelled by the 05/02/2017. Please contact In Any         Event UK directly on info@inanyevent-uk.com if you wish to cancel any room. If a bedroom is cancelled after this date, then     the client will be liable for 100% cancellation charges.

 

  • Radisson Blu

    In order to avoid cancellation fees, bedrooms at this hotel need to be cancelled by the 12/02/2017. Please contact In Any         Event UK directly on info@inanyevent-uk.com if you wish to cancel any room. If a bedroom is cancelled after this date, then     the client will be liable for 100% cancellation charges.

 

  • Novotel Centre Birmingham 

    In order to avoid cancellation fees, bedrooms at this hotel need to be cancelled by the 26/01/2017. If a bedroom is cancelled after this date, then     the client will be liable for 100% cancellation charges.

  • Ibis Centre Birmingham
    In order to avoid cancellation fees, bedrooms at this hotel need to be cancelled by the 13/02/2017. Please contact In Any Event UK directly on info@inanyevent-uk.com if you wish to cancel any room. If a bedroom is cancelled after this date, then the client will be liable for 100% cancellation charges.

 

 

 

Guarantee

Credit card details will be requested by In Any Event UK in order to make your reservation regardless of your chosen payment method. These details are taken as a guarantee for your reservation. Payment is made directly to the hotel on departure, by third party credit card or pre-payment by proforma invoice. The credit card will only be charged should you be a non-arrival, fail to cancel within your chosen hotel's cancellation policy or the proforma invoice has not been paid. 

 

 

Cancellations / amendments


 

Cancelling / amending your accommodation: If you want to cancel/amend your accommodation,  

Cancellations or amendments must be made IN WRITING to IN ANY EVENT UK. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. In
 
the event you need to cancel or make an amendment to your accommodation booking, please email info@inanyevent-uk.com. Cancellation charges may apply - please see terms and conditions for more details. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you in writing - if you don't receive acknowledgementnt within 24 hours please call the helpdesk on 01275 266 000 to check your request has been received.

 

 

Payment:

1.Settle your own account on departure of the hotel.

2. Third party credit/debit card payment.
The card to be debited is not owned by the guest but by their company/organisation. In this case, the card holder must request and complete a third party credit/debit card authorisation form from In Any Event UK and return it directly to In Any Event UK by email at least 12 days prior to arrival date. The form is required by the hotel to prove the card holder gives their authority for the card to be charged. The hotel will debit the card on guest's departure. 

3. Proforma invoice.
Proforma invoice requests must be paid 28 days prior to the event, 14/02/2017. In Any Event UK will email/fax the proforma invoice directly to you or the nominated person at your organisation. The proforma invoice must be paid and cleared in the hotel's bank prior to guests arrival. In Any Event UK may not chase for payment, it is your responsibility to ensure your accounts department has paid. If payment has not been received and cleared prior to guest's arrival the guest will be responsible for settling their own account on departure or the credit card given as guarantee will be charged. Proforma invoice requests are NOT permitted after noon on Friday 2 September 2016. All accommodation must be settled on departure of the hotel by the guest or by third party credit/debit card. .
